The Remote Fixer Guarantee

All successfully repairs to remote controls are guaranteed for a full 12 Months. If the same fault develops again within this period simply return your remote to us and we shall take another look at it. If a remote control cannot be repaired and the fault is found to be the same then a refund shall be issued, please note we cannot refund any postage costs incurred.

You must contact us with details of any guarantee query before returning the remote to us, please use our contact page.

If a remote has any physical damage due to either stress or liquid spillage then no guarantee can be upheld, we can take a look at the remote but further repair charges may be incurred.

Please note that we only repair Infrared (IR) type remote controls.
