Customers Fault Description : The entire unit is not working, I have tried replacing the batteries.
This Remote control unit RC-R0512 for Kenwood AV surround receiver KRF-V5050D arrived safely packaged and upon first inspection it was found to be transmitting on every button.
The remote was opened and a full inspection internally was carried out and no fault was found. Once reassembled a testing video was carried out showing the working functionality of the remote. No charge is required for inspection only return postage is charged.
