Customers Fault Description : Internal wires are detached from fastener for the battery
This remote arrived and the battery terminal was missing, this was replaced and partial functionality was restored. The common problem on these remotes are temperamental buttons. All 4 buttons were replaced and then full functionality was restored (see testing video)
