Mertik Maxitrol Gazco G30 Remote Repair Details

Model : Gazco G30

Customers Fault Description : Up button on remote lights LED and is received by the receiver as normal. Down button lights LED on remote but NOT on the receiver and the motor does not operate to turn down the gas supply.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and was found to be faulty on the down channel.  The remote was fully functioning and the fault was with the receiver itself.

 

This was the common problem of one of the crystals being faulty.  This was replaced and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
