Customers Fault Description : Buttons are intermitant and often dont work at all. The connector for the 9v battery has had a temp poor repair
This Verine Fire Place handset arrived safely and was found to have the common problem, namely the battery terminal was faulty and the buttons were sluggish / intermittent.
All buttons were replaced and battery terminal replaced and full functionality was restored (See )
