Verine Fireplace Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Intermittent fault with the buttons Main problem is with the top left button which has the worst problem but the other buttons occasionally refuse to function
This remote control arrived safely and first inspection showed that certain buttons were non operable as the customer stated.
This was due to a common fault with these handsets whereby the buttons become faulty over time (usually due to not being used for a large portion of the year)
The remedy was to replace all 4 buttons, even though only 2 were faulty we replaced all buttons to prevent problems in the future with the others.
Full functionality was restored (See testing video)
