Customers Fault Description : The cable and battery connector needs replacing. The remote works ok.
This Fireplace Gazco remote arrived safely and as mentioned by the customer the battery terminal was broken. There was a battery included which has been disposed of as it was very low in output.
The battery terminal was replaced and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
