Customers Fault Description : Remote left on blower and melted!

 

This remote arrived and upon opening the parcel the damage was instantly visible.  As mentioned by the customers job sheet the remote had been melted due to being left on the fireplace itself.

Unfortunately the extent of the damage is very severe and would require a replacement of the entire casing before any of the electronic repairs can be carried out.  As the casing is not available as a spare this has deemed this repair non economical.

 This handset was disposed of on the 29th of October 2015 as per our terms and conditions
