Customers Fault Description : Power button not working & a few other buttons not flashing so not sure if they are working or not.
This carolina wall hung fire remote arrived safely and was found to be non functioning on various buttons as stated by the customer.
First inspection showed signs that the remote had been attempted to be opened by marks around the edges of the remote.
Upon opening the remote there was signs of contamination in the remote around the power button and signs of track corrosion. This was cleaned up and the track was reworked with a silver conductive paint. Full functionality was restored (see testing video)
