Customers Fault Description : New batteries fitted. Red light flashes but does not transmit
This subaru remote arrived safely, upon opening the package it was noticed that the remote had signs of it being opened prior to its arriveal, see bottom image.
The remote seemed to light up when the button was pressed but no signal was being transmitted. Unfortunately due to the complexity of these remote and the little amount of service information this remote is deemed non repairable.
No service charge is required, simply the return postage is required if the remote is to be returned.
