Customers Fault Description : Does not work, led lights, batteries checked in both receiver and transmitter. May have been dropped
This handset arrived very well packaged and as per the customers fault description testing showed that it was not transmitting on either up or down.
As the customer had stated it may have been dropped this hinted towards a faulty ultrasonic transducer which do become faulty after a hard fall / tap. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
