Manufacturer : The recliner Factory

Customers Fault Description : Not working on any function. On button press the blue led came on for a second but faded out

 

This bed remote control arrived safely and well packaged.  Initial inspection showed that the cable itself was intact (this is the usual cause of problems for these types of remote)

 

The remote was opened and continuity tests were carried out to double check the integrity of the cable and all was well.  There was then a component check carried out on the main board but no problem could be found.

Without having the receiver unit here it is difficult to test any further as there currently cannot be a problem found and it may be the receiver unit that is faulty.  Due to this, this remote has been classed as "no fault found".

No service charge is required and only the return postage is needed if the customer wishes the remote to be returned.
