Customers Fault Description : remote just stoped working replaced battries and still noththing
This furron handset arrived safely, on initial inspection the battery compartment was being held on by rubber bands due to a broken clip and also there was a portion of the top missing from the remote both these problems did not effect functionality.
On adding a power source there was no signal being transmitted at all. This was due to a faulty IR led and also there was some liquid contamination on the PCB. the contamination was cleaned up and LED replaced, full functionality was restored.
