Bose RC28T1-40 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : RF arial and solder pads have become detached from PCB.
This Bose remote control arrived safely and as per the customers description the RF coil was found to be detached from the print.
The Print had signs of an attempted repair, the residue left from this repair attempt had to be etched back and the print reworked so that the coil could be successfully resoldered. Once the coil was back in place it was reinforced using a hot melt gun to prevent further print damage.
Full functionality was restored.
