Customers Fault Description : Some functions are not working on both, eg had trouble turning on and turning off. When the light works then the fire works.
These fireplace remote arrived safely, on powering each remote they showed signs that some buttons were faulty.
All 4 buttons were replaced on each remote and full functionality was restored.
