Customers Fault Description : No connection between the controller and the receiver.
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Holland. On adding a power source the remote was found to not be transmitting on either the up or down channel.
This was found to be due to a fault ultrasonic transducer in the handset. This was replaced and tested against the receiver. Full functionality was restored.
