Customers Fault Description : Remote does not work anything
This thin controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be non transmitting on any button press.
When opened it was noticed that one of the battery terminals was deformed and bent backwards, this was causing the battery to not touch the terminal at all and prevented the control from being powered.
A modification was carried out to the terminal and full functionality was restored (See testing Video)
