Customers Fault Description : Batteries replaced in fire itself at your suggestion, but still remote will not work, so will send remote. Buttons seem to be ok. Back of remote holding batteries in, has been lost.
This Gazco remote arrived safely and was missing the battery cover. The fault was that even though it would light up it was not transmitting on either the up or down channel.
This was found to be because of a faulty Ultrasonic transducer. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
