Customers Fault Description : Not working at all. I took apart to clean. It worked briefly afterwards. The rest of the system is working.
This Bose Controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be non transmitting on any button press.
On opening the controller a full component check was carried out and there were a few suspect solder joints. These were resoldered and full functionality was restored.
