Customers Fault Description : Light on remote lighting up when all buttons pressed but nothing coming on on fire.
This fire remote arrived safely and on initial testing was found to be transmitting. The handset was opened and tested again and then the fault was noticed, the controller was intermittent in functionality.
A full component test was carried out and the IR LED was showing some suspect readings.
This was replaced and the control tested over a period of a week and no further fault could be found.
