Customers Fault Description : The child in family send through one window and crhashes in down out the home.Many parts to push buttons are missing but in origin the remote functions first to crash all ok.Presume the electronic parts not are damage.
This Jukebox remote arrived from Italy safely, the casing was heavily damaged and all of the buttons and battery cover was missing.
The PCB was powered was found to not be transmitting at all on any button press. This was found to be due to a faulty IR LED. This was replaced and functionality was restored. The Plastic button caps were replaced, the housing had to be filed open due to the irregular cap size.
The casing was then glued together and a replacement battery cover was fitted.
