Customers Fault Description : Fault Description : Receiver does not receive in one direction (no LED, no motor movement in one direction)
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on powering was found to not be receiving on the up channel.
This is a common problem and was rectified by replacing the 40.5 khz crystal.
