Customers Fault Description : Intermittently fails to start fire. pilot button (bottom left) never causes output led to flash. Boost and reduce buttons (upper and lower right hardly ever work. Lower right button never lights up output led
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be non responsive on one of the buttons, this is a common problem with these handsets and the solution was to replaced all four buttons, this was done and full functionality was restored.
