Customers Fault Description : The lighting function is intermittant

 

This remote was handed over by the customer for repair, on testing it was found that the controller itself was intermittently sending a signal on the up channel.

 

This was found to be due to a faulty 40k crystal in the handset itself, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.

No postage charge is due on this repair as the customer is picking up the items.
