Valor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : On/off and effect buttons work. Heat button does not work.
This remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to not be transmitting on any button press.
On opening the control there was a slight contamination on the button array which was cleaned off but the problem remained, a component check revealed that the IR LED was faulty. This was changed and full functionality was restored.
