Electric Fire RCS-01A Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I only use 2 buttons on the remote the On/off button and the flame button ..... they eventually work but requires many attempts
This Electric fire remote arrived safely and on adding batteries was found to not be responding on the top 2 buttons.
This was due to the rubber conductive pads being worn. This was remedied by using a conductive paint on the buttons, full functionality was restored.
