Customers Fault Description : Wont work
This Bose system remote control arrived safely. On testing a signal was only being detected on a few button presses.
On opening there was a contamination found on the PCB on much of the button array. This was fixed by cleaning the pcb with alcohol. Once tested again full functionality on all button presses was restored.
