Customers Fault Description : not working dropped
This Swan handset arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to not be transmitting on any button press. It was noticed that if the batteries were moved whilst holding a button it would temporarily transmit.
Once opened there was 2 things found, there was a small break in the print around the battery terminal and also the terminal had signs of corrosion. These issues were rectified and full functionality was restored.
