Customers Fault Description : Will not connect to player - player seems to be working fine.

 

This Cambridge controller arrived safely and on testing was found to not be transmitting on any button press.

When opened a component test was carried out and the IR LED's were found to be faulty, both were replaced and full functionality was restored.
