Customers Fault Description : It does not work anymor,i will send it to you today
This fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be totally dead, batteries were included but were found to be dead and no battery cover was present. A working power source was supplied and no function could be found.
On opening the control it was found that the crystal was dry jointed on both pins. These were resoldered and full functionality was restored
