Customers Fault Description : Remote was dead, so I replaced the batteries. Still, none of the buttons work. (Just spotted that you give details of costs on this part of your website, so please ignore my earlier email)
This Garage door control arrived safely and on opening was found to have a broken battery terminal solder join, this meant that when the battery was inserted no power was getting to the main board.
The battery enclosure was resoldered and full functionality was restored.
