Customers Fault Description : remote control is unresponsive the motor has been tested an has been found to be ok.

 

This Chair Recliner control arrived safely and on carrying out a continuity test on the cable was found to have 2 open circuit cores.

The breaks were at the entrance port to the control itself, the lead was cut back a few inches and refitted, full functionality was restored.
