Customers Fault Description : no light coming on the remote even after changing batteries. the battery clip feels a bit flimsy
This caravan motor mover arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have no signs of life when a power source was added.
When the control was opened it was found that the main red LED was broken in 2, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
