Customers Fault Description : Remote seems to work but reciever red light only flickers once when you put the last battery in
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on initial inspection the battery cover on the remote itself was found to be missing.
On adding a power source the remote itself was found to be illuminating but not transmitting.
This was found to be due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored. the receiver itself was working as expected.
