Customers Fault Description : Remotes just not working
This mertik maxitrol remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to not be functional in any way. Once opened a component test was carried out but no issue could be pinpointed, therefore it was concluded that the problem is caused by one of the main I.C.s whic hsadly are not available as spares. This has therefore deemed a repair not possible.
