Customers Fault Description : remote cannot turn on fire - only off. Receiver red light does not come on when pressing the on combination but come on when turning off. Red light comes on remote on both occassions
This Gazco remote arrived safely and on testing was not sending a signal on the Up channel. This was found to be due to a faulty 40.5 crystal. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
