Customers Fault Description : This is a waterproof TV remote that has stopped working. Battery has been replaced but no buttons work
This bathroom TV remote control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be responding from any button press. When opened there were a few corroded tracks on the main PCB which was due to liquid contamination.
The print was reworked and full functionality was restored. Please note that this control is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent further damage.
