Customers Fault Description : Controller had corrosion on battery terminals, father in law cleaned and found loose terminal wire, which he soldered. The controller worked for the first time of using but now does not have any power.
This caravan mover remote arrived safely and on testing was not turning on, this was found to be due to a corroded ribbon cable caused by water damage. The ribbon cable was reworked and full functionality was restored. The battery lead was replaced also.
