Customers Fault Description : Remote has been intermittment but now stopped completely.
This Jukebox remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be intermittent in functionality. There was also signs of attempted opening around the edges of the control.
When opened the issue was clear, the battery terminals were dry jointed making intermittent connections. These were all resoldered and full functionality was restored.
