Customers Fault Description : The two round buttons work intermittently. The two triangular buttons not at all now.
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have a damaged battery cable and also faulty buttons.
All four buttons were replaced as well as the battery cable and full functionality was restored.
