Customers Fault Description : Remote control not operating equipment
This brake tester remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on any button press. This was found to be due to 3 faults, the first was the red led was broken, the second was the common problem with the battery terminals shorting and the third being poor solder joints. All issues were resolved and full functionality was restored.
