Customers Fault Description : When battery is connected the light on he remote stays on and will not operate the fan.
When cleaning I think a little water may have got in.
This ceiling fan control arrived safely and was confirmed to be permanently transmitting regardless of any button being pressed.
On opening there was contamination found around the main IC causing a short circuit. This was removed and full functionality was restored.
