Repow 105FR Super Electric Golf Trolley Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The hand set has no response at all ,has not been wet,and the batteries are fine, I have been told it might be the wire connection from the two halves of the hand set..

 

Initial diagnosis of this remote shows that the ribbon cable connector that joins the button array and PCB has corroded.   This was reworked using Silver Conductive Paint which returned funtionality to various buttons however it has been found that the button array itself is faulty which has made the Forward, Stop and Reverse Buttons inoperable (See Teesting Video Below), unfortunately this front button array is unavailable as a Spare Part and has therefore rendered this remote unrepairable.
