Customers Fault Description : Power cables detached from unit from failed attempt to repair by myself.
Remote Arrived Safely, Intial Inspection showed that the back battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced) and the battery terminals were also missing causing no power to the remote control.
A new battery terminal was fitted and full functionality was restored to the remote (please see testing video below)
