Customers Fault Description : UNABLE TO TURN TV ON/OFF;VOLUME BUTTONS DO NOT WORK
This remote arrived with a fault of intermittent button functionality, in particular the power and volumes buttons, this was due to general wear from usage over the years as these are most likely the most used buttons.
Once opened the remote pcb was cleaned with alcohol and the pad washed t oremove any contaminants.
Full functionality has been restored to the remote (please see the testing video below)
