Customers Fault Description : One of the metal connectors which snaps on to the 9V battery has broken
This remote arrived and first impressions showed that the battery cover does not hold in plave properly, (we cannot replace battery covers), and the battery terminals were faulty as well as all of the buttons.
The battery terminals were replaced as well as the buttons and full functionality has been restored
