Customers Fault Description : It's been damaged
First inspection on this brake tester remote as it arrived was that the top IR cover and all plastic button covers were missing (these cannot be replaced)
Upon opening the remote the crystal osc was found to be faulty, one of the legs had broken, also the LED was split in 2.
Both were replaced and full functionality was restored, please see the testing video below
Customer has been advised about the buttons and they are making arangements to sort the button covers themselves.
