Customers Fault Description : Battery compartment electric contacts preventing the unit from working.
This Bed remote controller arrived with a broken battery clip as can be seen in the bottom picture below.
Due to not having a direct replacement clip a new battery terminal system was fitted and modifications made tto the inner casing to accomodate the new system.
Full functionality has now been restored.
