Customers Fault Description : No buttons are working. It has slowly deteriorated, working on and off until stopping completely this week.
This Bed remote was totally dead when it arrived. Upon opening it the Osc pins were loose which was the cause of the intermittent functionality and subsequently total malfunction.
This was remedied by soldering the poor contacts, full functionality has been restored.
