Customers Fault Description : The remote has ended up melting on the back because left on gas fire whilst on. Happy to send pictures to identify problem.

 

This remote arrived and due to the severe damage caused by the melting of the casing it has been found beyond repair, sadly there are no casings available to replace the outer damage.
